Frank Heijne

Frank started his career as an in house legal counsel at the international IT company TOPdesk, whereafter he joined Van Benthem & Keulen as an IT lawyer. By having in house experience, Frank understands and appreciates the value of pragmatic advice and practical solutions, especially in a complex IT context. Frank has extensive experience with drafting and negotiating IT sourcing contracts, especially cloud outsourcing, and he has handled many IT disputes.
